Your First Visit

Simplify your first visit by completing our New Patient Form online prior to your appointment.

New Patient Form

Comprehensive Exam

Your first appointment will take about 90 minutes. At the beginning, you and your dentist will discuss your medical history and oral health needs. Your dentist will then complete a thorough exam of your gums, teeth, bite and jaws including a series of X-rays, photos, and an oral cancer screening.

Treatment Plan

Based on your medical history and exam, your dentist will develop a dental treatment plan for you. Your dentist or hygienist will also take the time to answer your questions about your dental health and treatment options

Insurance & Payment

At Midtown Kelowna Dental, we want to help make your dental experience as seamless as possible.

We do our best to help you navigate our options for payment and insurance so you can focus on more important things, like restoring your oral health and achieving your dental goals.

Insurance Claims

We accept most insurance plans. On your first appointment, please bring your insurance information with you, and we will be happy to submit your claim to your insurance company directly.

Payment Methods

The full treatment cost must be paid at the time of your appointment. We accept payment by cash, debit or most major credit cards.

Support for Anxious Patients

Anxiety or fear around dental appointments is very common and it can prevent people from getting the dental care they need. If this sounds like you, don't fret.

The team at Midtown Kelowna Dental has a variety of practices in place, including dental sedation options, to help you relax during your appointments.
